Andrew Tool provided resources for the Restore-L Mission. The Restore-L mission aimed to extend the life of satellites in orbit by refueling them. It also focused on developing technologies for on-orbit satellite servicing, which could reduce space debris and prolong satellite operational life. The Restore-L spacecraft was designed to rendezvous with the Landsat 7 satellite, refuel it, and demonstrate various servicing tasks in orbit. Successful implementation of these technologies could have significant implications for space satellite operations.
